SHIPPING POLICY

We both work pretty hard at our day jobs during the week, so we tend to ship items on Saturdays. Where possible we will ship during the week to try and get your items to you sooner. We will let you know if the shipping of your item will be delayed in any way.

RETURN POLICY

We try to illustrate the item as true to its condition as possible. If there is a flaw we hadn't noted or the condition is not as described, please contact us and we can discuss returning the item to us. If you have any questions on size or measurements you would like to be supplied with prior to purchase, flick through a message and we can get these through to you. We are happy to provide refund on items if it doesn’t fit or you are unhappy with the description of the item. We do not provide refund for change of mind on the item.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept bank transfer payments, and generally hold the item until this has shown in our account. Once this clears, we will ship your item the following Tuesday or Saturday.
